NOTICE TO THE MEMBERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Members of "Heritage Alumni" will be held on Sunday, 29th September 2024, at 11.30 AM at Heritage Educational Foundation, 57, Lallubhai Shamaldas Marg, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400058 to transact the following business:

Agenda for the Annual General Meeting

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2024, the Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Managing Committee and Auditors' thereon
2. To appoint the Statutory Auditors who shall hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and to authorize the Managing Committee to fix their remuneration in consultation with the Auditors.
3. To Approve the amendments in the Memorandum and Rules & Regulations of the Heritage Alumni.
